About Swastha - Ayurveda Center

Within a short span of opening our Ayurveda Center 'Swastha' in October of 2010, it has quickly become well known for the authentic treatments and for the individual care extended by our medical team. The Ayurveda team is lead by Dr. Hema K.P, who is working along with seven other doctors. Our team of therapists at Swastha consists of 51 masseurs who are trained in Ayurvedic, Kalari and Reflex massage techniques and are well experienced.

Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of medicine. Though oldest, it is one of the perfect scientific form of health care in the world. This science has a strong background in Indian philosophy. It is called the healing science of India and utilizes the blessings of nature to restore balance of the body. The very uniqueness of Ayurveda is that it not only helps the body to control diseases, but also teaches us to harmonize our body and mind with the universal laws of nature, thereby removing the very roots of a disease.

Your Ayurveda Treatment Program will be under the personal guidance of our Ayurveda Doctors at all stages. Our Ayurveda Center is built in a traditional way allowing abundance of natural light and air.

An environment of peace and a relaxed state of mind is promoted here and hence most of our guests spend time reading their favorite books on one of the beach beds either at the beach or the swimming pool after experiencing an Ayurvedic Massage or Yoga Session. Keeping up with our Ayurveda philosophy we are an Alcohol Free Ayurveda Resort. Further our Guests are encouraged to and normally stay for a period of 14 days or more in order to be able to fully immerse the senses to the Ayurvedic Lifestyle.
